Note: We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon delivery while the courier is present.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

* Timeframe: Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

* Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

* Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

* Items showing visible signs of wear or damage after delivery.

3. Shipping Costs:

* Defective/Incorrect Items: Nadra covers all shipping and return fees.

* Change of Mind/Size Exchange: The customer is responsible for the return shipping and the cost of shipping the new item. Checking the size guide before ordering can help minimize exchange requests.

4. Process & Refunds:

  • To initiate a request, please contact us via DM.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed to your original payment method (or via wallet/bank transfer) within 3-5 business days.
